Kale and Garlic Body Cleanse Drink Recipe

Chlorophyll rich kale and parsley marries well with alkalizing cucumber and celery. The carrots in this drink provide slight sweetness, while garlic and cayenne work effectively at breaking up heavy toxic buildup. This antioxidant rich body cleanse drink encourages stronger immunity, cleaner blood and a healthier liver. The kidneys, GI tract, heart and brain are also strengthened.

Kale and Garlic Body Cleanse Drink:

 Ingredients and Equipment:

  • 1 bunch of Kale (about 4 whole leaves)
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 bunch of parsley (about 6 whole stalks)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 healthy pinch of Cayenne pepper (Optional)
  • Quality juicer

 Directions:

  • Wash veggies and cut larger pieces to accommodate the juicer,
  • Slowly juice all of the ingredients including garlic,
  • Transfer drink into a glass,
  • Add cayenne pepper and stir (omit pepper if sensitive)

*drink routinely up to twice a week for optimal results, however, do exercise caution especially if you are ill or taking medication, garlic is a mighty herb*.
