Ingredients and Equipment:
- 4 granny smith apples cut into cubes
- 1 cup of fresh pineapples cut into cubes
- 4 ounces of plain all natural yogurt like lifeway kefir or stonyfield plain smooth and creamy
- Nob of ginger
- A quality juicer
Slowly juice the apples, pineapple and nob of ginger then transfer into a glass. Mix in the yogurt until incorporated.
